You can’t force your kids to eat foods they don’t like just because they’re packed with vitamins – some kids love broccoli, others won’t touch it with a ten-foot pole.
Nutritional supplements can deliver some of the vitamins children are missing. And according to research published in the British Journal of Nutrition,12 daily supplements of multivitamins and minerals may actually improve the brain function of children. So, if your child isn’t eating enough fruits and veggies, consider adding a multivitamin to his or her diet (always consult a health care professional before starting any nutritional supplement program).
