Magnesium Opens the Mind

Growing evidence points to magnesium deficiency hampering memory and learning.8 A diet rich in magnesium opens up brain receptors, greatly improving cognition.

It does come in small quantities in most food sources though – so make sure to include a variety of foods like fruits, veggies, grains and nuts.
