Go Nuts!

Drop the potato chips and pack nuts instead (nut allergies aside, of course). Walnuts are high in Omega-3 and antioxidants like vitamin E and vitamin B6.6

Don’t like walnuts? Try hazelnuts, cashews, pecans, peanuts or almonds. In appropriate serving sizes, all are excellent snacks and great for brain health.
