Fortunately for us our children really enjoy fruit. So if they want a snack they almost always help themselves to an apple or dig in the fridge for some carrots or berries. We don't keep processed snacks in the house, so they have developed a preference for the good stuff (doesn't mean they won't snap up the bad if they get a chance though).

Once in a while we also make fruit smoothies and add carrots or green vegetables to it. You hardly notice the greens in with the bananas and berries, and it is still sweet enough. We have worked hard on getting our kids to feel "good" about eating healthy.
